Conventational and intelligent lighting can be positioned inside the Sphere.
There are several methods available depending on the use of the StratoSphere. If the Sphere is to be used as a venue then the lighting is rigged onto an octagon truss. The floor area is kept completely clear for seating or standing space for the audience.
When the StratoSphere is only used as a projection medium>, the lighting is positioned on the floor area. Setup is quick and offers the greatest throw distance available within the Sphere. Utilising multiple banks of wash and profile lights the StratoSphere can be transformered into a visual ball of colours and gobo effects.
For lighting projection on to the StratoSphere from outside standard lighting procedures are used. Any light source can project onto the StratoSphere. As a stage element the StratoSphere is always very prominant and when surrounded by intelligent lighting is enhanced beyond all expectations. We specialise in choreographed sound and light shows in and around the StratoSphere.
